Shipping


First Class & Priority Mail

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. USPS is our primary shipping carrier for domestic (U.S.) shipments & USPS (media mail) is our standard shipping method. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated at checkout. All US shipments are sent with delivery confirmation. According to USPS estimates, Media Mail orders are normally delivered in 7-10 days. You can track Media Mail shipments real-time via the USPS website. You may also use our Contact Us form if you have any additional questions regarding your order. (See below for shipping for international orders)


International Orders

All international packages are shipped by UPS's Worldwide Expedited service. International customers must select the Worldwide Expedited Option on the 'Shipping Options' page when checking out. If international orders are received without the Worldwide Expedited Option added to the shopping cart the orders will not be shipped until the additional postage fees are paid. All international shipping labels are printed electronically online and require a telephone number to be supplied on the shipping form.


We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees that may be assessed to your order.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail. Therefore we strongly suggest you consider adding insurance coverage to your order. Insurance is available for $2.50 per $100 dollars in package value.

Any order which has not been received 30 days after the shipping date is considered a lost order. Lost, stolen, or damaged orders will be replaced ONLY if the order was insured at the time the order was placed. We consider any order to have been received when the carrier's status for the package is "Delivered".

If merchandise is lost in transit, it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced (provided that the order was insured at the time of shipment) Upon confirmation of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or the you will be issued a credit (minus the shipping costs). We are not responsible for uninsured shipments which are lost or damaged in transit.




Returns


Overall Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are not subject to return or exchange. The only exception to this policy is if you received an incorrect or defective item. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Incorrect/Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must file a return request using our Contact Us form within 15 days from the date you receive your order. If your request is approved, you will be issued an rma# (return merchandise authorization number). You will be notified by e-mail of such approval. Only authorized and approved requests will be issued an rma#. Please ensure that your spam blockers are not blocking e-mails from Treelife Publishing.

The rma# must be included with the package that you are returning. Please print a copy of your rma approval e-mail and include it in your package when returning merchandise to us. Upon receipt of your return, you will be issued a store credit. (Provided the return has been authorized of course) No refunds will be issued. (no exceptions) Treelife Publishing store credits must be used within 6 months from the date issued.

No unsuitable Returns accepted

We retain the right to refuse returns not meeting our returns criteria. If you return merchandise that does not meet our criteria, or is returned without an approved rma#, the merchandise may be returned to you at your own expense. Unapproved/unsuitable returns will be held for 7 days pending the payment of shipping charges to return the merchandise to you. If you do not pay the re-shipping costs we will discard the merchandise. We will not issue credit for any product that cannot be restocked.

No unauthorized returns accepted

All exchanges must be pre-authorized. We will not be responsible for unauthorized merchandise returns. All packages that are sent to us without an rma# will be refused and returned at customer's own expense.

Unclaimed Packages

All packages that are unclaimed and returned to us by the post office will not be refunded. However, a store credit will be issued for the amount minus the shipping/handling cost. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
